Greetings from the Stateline Woodturners!

The Stateline Woodturners are pleased to announce that they will have Frank Penta of  Chapel Hill, North Carolina For a full day demonstration and two days of hands on workshops on September 10 (demo) 11 and 12 (hands on workshops).  Featured topic is multi-axis turning, both faceplate and spindle turning.  Some tool making will also be covered.

The Saturday demo will start at 9AM at the Jones Center for Families in Springdale, AR.  Entrance fee is $45, which includes a one year membership in the Stateline Woodturners.  No reservations for the demonstration are required.

The hands on sessions will be held at the shop of Dr. Mark Ost, in Pineville, MO.  Each participant will have his/her own lathe for the day and project wood will be provided.  Cost of the workshop is $100 and there are a limited number of spaces left on both Sunday and Monday.  To reserve a spot in the workshops, contact Kip Powers at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
