For the last several years our members have both demonstrated the art of turning and answered questions for the public at ArtsFest on Walnut Street in Springfield, MO. This gives individuals that might be interested in becoming a turner to “pick our brains.” As active members of the American Association of Woodturners our demonstrators may be turning a simple spinning top or a more advanced turning such as a bowl or platter. We always look forward to sharing our love of turning.
